Plan and prepare training sessions, games and tournaments in alignment with the club's annual training plan to maximize player development Development of technically skilled, confident and creative players who are adaptable to the future demands of the game. Follow coaching standards, responsibilities and general guidelines which will be provided by technical director at the start of the season Work in partnership with parents and volunteers in an atmosphere of mutual respect, trust, and open communicationQualifications / Requirements
USSF license or equivalent Reliable transportation and willingness to travel Availability during weekends and evenings Ability to communicate effectively to players and families Passionate and motivated to inspire developing youth playersDowntown United Soccer Club, Inc. is organized as a 501c(3) not for profit entity to educate, train and inspire youth soccer players of all ages and abilities in a positive, respectful, supportive environment.
