Title: ACAS EUCOM Poland: Logistics Support Supervisor- Contingency Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property. Job Summary As a Logistics Support Supervisor, you will work in coordination with the Maintenance Mechanic General Foreman and the Quality Inspector. You will be responsible for gathering, tracking and consolidating technical, in-process, and final inspection reports and documentation based on USDA Recommended Disinfectants, DHS Customs and Border Protection, and U.S. Army requirements. Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award. Roles and Responsibilities + Consolidates all documents needed for customs certification and transportation readiness. + Documents all equipment received and processed for retrograde using the weekly production report, preparing documentation to comply with border and customs agricultural requirements, and coordinating with the RA upon process completion. + Facilitates timely compliance with customs documentation requirements to avoid delays in military materials' transportation and maintains the overall effectiveness of logistics operations. + Perform other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position. + Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 3 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. + Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead / Supervisor / Manager. + Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint. + Extensive military training in logistics plans and operations or equivalent civilian coursework is required. + Must have a thorough understanding of military or industrial logistics and operations, demonstrating the ability to plan, track, and execute logistical support operations efficiently. + Must be fluent in English. + Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a related field. + Experience as an 88N or related MOS equivalent + Experience in the European theater regarding transportations requirements and restrictions a plus.
