Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio.  KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries.  Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property.

Job Summary

As an Operations Specialist, you will support the Logistics Manager in overseeing and optimizing daily business activities to ensure seamless workflow and operational efficiency of logistics management operation.

Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.

Roles and Responsibilities

Supports logistics management operations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining accurate records of operations.Analyzes process workflows, identifies areas for improvement, and implements solutions that enhance productivity.Supports the development and execution of operational policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and TO requirements.Supports communication between teams, tracking project timelines, and managing resources to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to TO performance and reporting requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.Must have at least 2 years of related administrative experience.Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.Must possess strong administrative and organizational skills and contribute to effective team communication.Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)Service Order / Customer Service experience and use of Maximo system.Must possess driver’s license with at least six months of remaining validity.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Experience working with and developing Power BI Dashboards.Knowledge of Appian software.
