Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property.

Job Summary

As a Surveyor, you will work in coordination with the Project Lead, and conduct pre-deployment site surveys (PDSS) and assessments to identify key locations, such as holding/staging areas, wash and sanitization points, and sterile yards.

Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.

Roles and Responsibilities

Validating drainage schemes to address potential wastewater discharge, supporting environmental and regulatory compliance.

Data collected during these assessments contributes to the development of execution schedules and rough order of magnitude estimates, helping to shape detailed project execution plans.

Leads the measurement and mapping of land, properties, and construction sites, collecting critical data such as boundaries and elevations for development projects.

Using advanced equipment like GPS, total stations, and laser scanners, gathers precise information that supports land use planning, construction, and legal documentation.

Confirms that projects comply with regulatory standards, while also producing detailed reports, maps, and drawings that inform key decisions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience. A High School Diploma or equivalent and an additional 3 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Licensed/Registered Surveyor in Country of Origin

Experienced in use of AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D in particular

Experienced in use of Real Time Kinematic GPS systems (Use of Trimble systems is a plus)

15 years of experience as a Surveyor with at least 10 years of experience in Civil Construction and Roadways

Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
