KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces and civilians deployed around the world under KBR’s Strategic Army Portfolio. KBR’s enduring mission support of the DoD Armed Forces dates back to 1992 when we served as the Army’s original prime contractor for its Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP). Today, we have a workforce of ~5,000 people representing 30 nationalities who perform work in 10 countries. Under the Agriculture Cleaning and African Swine Fever (ASF) Sanitization (ACAS) contract; KBR will manage and perform the receipt, storage, maintenance, cleaning and sanitation of vehicles and property.
Job Summary
As a Lead Specialist, Scheduling/Planning you will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating resource allocation, performance assessments, and reporting to support program execution across various locations.
Please note: This position will be located on-site, in multiple countries across the Eastern EU and is contingent upon award.
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborates with the Program Manager (PM) to establish business rhythms that meet schedule requirements, with a focus on efficient resource management.Supports the development of CSR responses, specifically project schedules.Tracks schedule status, conducts critical path analyses, and prepares monthly reports on resource utilization.Communicates schedule impacts and recommends corrective actions to stakeholders, presenting master schedules during program management meetings.Leads independent network analyses and produces reports to evaluate and improve project planning.Collaborates with Logistics Manager to coordinate agricultural cleaning and sanitization projects, responding to CSRs and managing work control procedures to meet deadlines. Oversees scheduling for multiple concurrent projects, providing schedule updates and minimizing disruptions to Government operations while coordinating security and access requirements.Perform other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
Must be able to pass a U.S. Government background investigation and obtain a NACI. Due to this, you must be a U.S. Citizen or a U.S. Green Card holder who has lived within the United States for at least the last 3 years to be eligible for this position.Must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 4 years of experience in project controls or cost management. An additional 4 years of directly related professional Cost experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.KBR Benefits
