AppleCare Business Insights, Operations & Systems (ACBIOS) is seeking a highly technical Engineering Program Manager to lead the development of sophisticated innovative AI-driven natural language data analytics capabilities for AppleCare in partnership with other Apple teams. This role will lead complex, multi-functional projects that integrate AI, data science, knowledge graph and analytics tools to enable business users and data scientists to derive deep insights at scale from our enterprise data through natural language interactions. The role will work closely with Apple IS&T AI data platforms teams and AppleCare business teams by driving execution while ensuring close collaboration, and encouraging relationships to facilitate seamless communication across multiple multi-functional teams to accelerate program development.
