This position is based in San Antonio, TX. **What you'll do:** The Accelerate Program, offers current college sophomore students the chance to discover what it’s like to intern at a leading financial services organization. Program allows participants to: + Gain a fundamental understanding of multiple departments through group rotational experiences + Network and mentor with employees across the company + Attend professional development workshops to include: mock interviewing, resume reviews, and personal branding + Give back to the community with us during a volunteer event + Learn about internship opportunities for summer 2026 **What you need to have:** To qualify, you must be a sophomore pursuing a bachelor's degree at a 4-year accredited college or university, and plan to graduate between December 2026 and May 2027. **Our 2025 Accelerate Program will start on June 2, 2025 and last through June 27, 2025.** **What sets you apart:** + Pursuing a degree with a concentration in Business or relevant STEM related field + Graduation date between **December 2026 and May 2027** **Compensation range:** The salaryfor this position is: $19/hour **.** Interns will receive an intern stipend to assist with expenses. USAA views its internship program as a pipeline to possible future employment. This is based on an individual’s graduation date, performance, role qualifications, and business need.
