Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in people operations primarily focus on managing the people lifecycle and the day-to-day operational tasks related to managing employees. This includes activities such as employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, employee record-keeping, compliance with labour laws and regulations, and managing employee inquiries and issues. These individuals enable HR processes and systems to run smoothly in order to efficiently support our workforce.

In onboarding at PwC, you will focus on efficiently integrating new employees into the organisation, enabling a smooth transition and providing necessary resources for success. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Required experience and skills

Experience in Human Resources activities, scheduling, recruitment, background checks, onboarding, compliance or similar activities. Advanced English.Desirable knowledge and/or experience in Workday.Ideal: MS Suite, Excel, Power Point.

Functions and Responsibilities

Review and draft offer letters to all candidates, ensuring accuracy.Gather hiring documentation of candidates and managing records.Support to Business Recruiters as primary clients.Assist on candidates throughout the process.Review and create employment agreements: ensuring that accuracy of the candidate’s information.Provide support to compliance and onboarding operation as needed .Scheduling, move to hire steps in Workday.
