At PwC, our people in brand management, marketing and sales focus on collaboration to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. These individuals focus on driving revenue growth, promoting the Firm's services, enhancing brand visibility, and capturing new business opportunities. They utilise market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies to engage clients, enhance the firm's brand and market presence, and achieve organisational targets.In marketing and sales operations at PwC, you will be responsible for enabling the smooth functioning of a company's marketing and sales processes and maximising efficiency. You will analyse relevant data, develop and implement strategies, and provide support to the marketing and/or sales teams. You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations, optimise marketing and sales tools and technology, and improve overall performance.

You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
Must be experienced in the following:
Employing detailed knowledge of best practices in program management as well as typical sales process and detailed knowledge of sales activities Collaborating and sharing optimal industry practices and providing guidance, with broader teams and/or networks innovating and improving on focused sharing and identifying the latest techniques across business teams, a sales network, and stakeholders Utilizing basic principles from experience with learning and development initiatives Proficiently using automating reports, building dashboards and leveraging analytic capabilities in Salesforce and other Sales centric platforms to create efficiencies around building sales pipeline, client relationships, and digital enablement embedded throughout Using financial management and analytics skills with and reporting to track success aligned with productivity metrics and KPIs Demonstrating extensive experience in managing multiple business work streams with multiple stakeholder groups; Building key relationships and bridge connections with multiple stakeholder groups in a highly-matrixed team environment Thriving in a fast-paced matrixed organization, while working with a sense of urgency and being agile in an ever-changing environment.Key tech skills:
