In project management at PwC, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.

Project management and PMO Domain knowledge

· Planning and Execution Management

o Executing project governance

o Managing projects and/or resources

o Utilizing an accurate view of project schedules to drive execution and plan effectively

o Identifying the anticipated impact to project delivery through an effective risk management process

o Ensuring proper change management guardrails

o Monitoring time charging practices and establish proper code usage

o Coordinating of team activities

o Reporting on and acting upon the process metrics reported

· Financial & Value Management

o Assisting with financial projections preparation

o Assisting in the preparation of Team budget templates

o Investigating deviations in actuals and follow up with individuals with issues or questions

· Asset Management

o Working knowledge of asset management processes and procedures

o Developing training and support materials

· Communication and Knowledge

o Demonstrating proven research ability

o Supporting business development initiatives

o Measuring and reporting metrics such as KPIs and OKRs

o Creating dashboards and status reports

o Identifying deficiencies and action plans to address those deficiencies

o Improving the data quality of the information domain they oversee

o Understanding Managed Services and SLA based support model
