Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Medical terminology knowledge preferred. One year of experience in a healthcare setting, call center, or clerical role preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. Minimum of two years of customer service experience required. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Proficient in general computer skills.
