**Role :**
The Access Control Governance Consultant will have responsibility for the following areas:
Both Contracted and Non-Contracted Compliance Controls
+ Perform SOC1 (Service Organization Controls Report) controls. These include reviewing, reporting and identifying Segregation of duties conflict.
+ Ensuring all SOC controls are performed thoroughly and by the required date
+ Support internal & external audit requests and queries.
+ Investigate compliance related issues in association with the Security team.
+ Ability to identify risks and develop action plans to mitigate them
+ Understanding of governance and control disciplines within the company.
+ Develop robust onboarding process for additional compliance controls/customers
+ Develop/Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all compliance controls
A successful candidate will provide the following professional background.
**Professional Background**
+ Bachelor of Science (BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent
+ Good understanding on Segregation of Duties and Audit Compliance Standards.
+ Thorough knowledge of HR Processes, organizational structures and business functions
+ Must possess excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills is a must
+ ITIL Service Management training and/or certification is recommended.
+ Security Training and/or certification or equivalent experience is required.
+ Ability to think outside of the box for service improvements
+ Attention to detail and accuracy and Deadline oriented
+ Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment
+ Motivation and desire for improvement
+ Knowledge of SAP and particular SAP security/authorization (ADM940) is an advantage.
+ Knowledge of Service-Now is an advantage
+ Knowledge of MS Office applications
