Role :

The Access Control Governance Team Lead will have responsibility for both Contracted and Non-Contracted Compliance Controls with focus on:

 

Perform SOC1 (Service Organization Controls Report) controls.  These include reviewing, reporting and identifying Segregation of duties conflict. 

Ensuring all SOC controls are performed thoroughly and by the required date 

Support internal & external audit requests and queries. 

Investigate compliance related issues in association with the Security team. 

Ability to identify risks and develop action plans to mitigate them 

Understanding of governance and control disciplines within the company. 

Develop robust onboarding process for additional compliance controls/customers 

Develop/Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all compliance controls 

Responsible for the team duties for his team, and direct contact between him/her and local/shared services HR 

Approves the weekly task entries in our activity registration tool 

Conducts on regular basis team meeting / huddles with his peers, subordinates and senior management 

Works closely on initiatives to improve processes and process flows. 

Works closely with other business units to collaborate for improving processes and process flows 

A successful team leader candidate will provide the following professional background. 

 

Professional Background 

Bachelor of Science (BS) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent 

Good understanding on Segregation of Duties and Audit Compliance Standards. 

Thorough knowledge of HR Processes, organizational structures and business functions 

Must possess excellent communications skills, written and verbal. 

Excellent problem-solving skills is a must 

ITIL Service Management training and/or certification is recommended. 

Security Training and/or certification or equivalent experience is required.  

Ability to think outside of the box for service improvements 

Attention to detail and accuracy and Deadline oriented 

Minimum of 1-year experience in compliance/audit environment within a large-scale global organization 

Ability to multi-task and set workload priorities in a fast-paced environment 

Motivation and desire for improvement 

Proven ability to follow processes, as well as identifying process improvement opportunities 

Knowledge of SAP and particular SAP security/authorization (ADM940) is an advantage. 

Knowledge of Service-Now is an advantage 

Knowledge of MS Office applications

Ability to be thorough, and adjust to change
