Job Title: Lead Access Control Technician
Description:
They are looking for a Lead Access Control Technician to join their team and support a significant backlog of work beginning June 2nd. The selected lead will receive a company vehicle while on contract, though not during the initial few months. Ideal candidates should demonstrate a willingness to learn and upskill, think critically, and work independently without close supervision.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience as an Access Control Technician or in a related field
+ Knowledge of access control hardware and software, including readers, controllers, and door strikes
+ Experience with Lenel access control systems
+ Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
+ Excellent communication skills and professional client interaction
+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
+ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
+ Lenel Certification (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities:
+ Install, configure, and maintain access control, security, and camera systems
+ Troubleshoot and repair access control systems to ensure functionality and security
+ Perform system upgrades, modifications, and maintenance
+ Collaborate with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions
+ Provide on-site training and technical support as needed
+ Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations during installations
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
