Your tasks and responsibilities:

Responsible for the execution of Access Management of the remote service platforms (on-prem and cloud)Central SuperUser role for remote service platforms administrationSupport in ensuring the availability of Siemens Remote ServicesAuthorization management and creation of authorization group Reviews Support external partners access in coordination with partner managersCarrying out annual reviews of authorization groups and stored authorizations for users with internal process owners2nd/3rd level for Access requestsMaintenance of the SRS Representatives list and e-mail distribution list, as well as publications on the intranet Maintenance of the SRS Business Operations processes in the process navigator and user guidesSupport the Service Owners, optimize operational quality, suggest improvements and initiate and support implementationGlobal interface function to different Stakeholders for Access management topicsOccasional travel to Siemens Healthineers offices in Poland, Germany, or other locations may be required. 

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics, IT, or apprenticeship with many years of working experience in a similar fieldIn addition, you have Knowledge of SRS Processes, Infrastructure, Data Privacy, and IT ServicesExperience in IT Operations Management especially Access Management, Authorizations Management, Change Management and Service Desk required.

Your attributes and skills:

You are highly motivated and show extensive strategic thinking, while remaining focused on the goalYou have strong communication and collaboration skills in interdisciplinary teamwork.You have a strong ability to break down complex issues and prepare them for partners with a wide range of expertise and hierarchical levels.We work in an international environment, so proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
