A. Self Development

A1. Practices EDL (Everyday leadership) and SOUL Leadership principles.

A2. Attends and practices mandatory management, soft skills and technical learning modules.

A3. Attend globe initiated CSR activities.

A4. Participates in 1 on 1 performance checkpoints and “kumustahan”, evaluation with IS.

A5. Proper filing of (VL, OT, and Timesheet approval, worktools, etc.)

A6. Follows weekly / bi monthly / monthly work breakdown schedule and records in workforce management system daily activity logs.

A7. Calls the attention of IS if there are mandatory development training and resources that are not available to perform tasks and achieve individual and group targets.

A8. Participate in company initiated CSR.

B. Network Availability Management - Territory Target

B1. Supports YoY top down target of NTG by conducting on site restoration ensuring all incidents of SKSK sites are resolved within the target SLA.

B2. Work Orders assigned are properly filled up with correct RFO and action taken for accurate network fault analytics.

B3. Manage and escalate site issues (Access, rental, electric bill, etc.) and raise/initiate SRW/SMW on site(s) with unresolved issues with Access and Lessor request to relocate site.

B4. Ensures correct prioritization in resource allocation of own SKSK sites are aligned with the objectives, resource availability and customer impact.

B5. Manages requested spare resources allocated to SKSK sites. Monitor TAT of SPMS faulty units to be returned within SLA.

B6. Manages facility equipment and spares resource management of SKSK sites and ensures availability and readiness in case of restoration.

B7. Manages facilities of SKSK sites Wireless, Wireline and BT sites to ensure operational efficiency, availability, reliability, cost-efficient operations and compliance to GT- Engineering, Safety and Enterprise Risk Management’s established rules and standards.

B8. Conducts first line isolation and ensures OSP related incident restoration is completed within the SLA.

B9. Level 1 engagement with TCO counterpart for restoration of incidents caused by TCO facilities.

C. Vendor Management

C1. Ensures that all qualified 3PP are enrolled using workforce management tools in logging all in-scope and out of scope activities.

C2. Recommends rating in scorecards based on TOR and SLA agreements stipulated in the contract for factual final rating.

C3. Participates in TCO performance review by providing data input in incident tickets of assigned SKSK due to TCO owned facilities.

D. Project Support - Territory Target

D1. Conduct regular review of assigned SKSK sites and do calculation, assessment and gap analysis of site’s electro-mechanical system, building and grounds in preparation and to accommodate any rectification, co-location/ expansion by network element owner, upgrade/ downgrade and/or disposal of equipment or building. Recommend approval co-location plan.

D2. Supports YoY programs, strategies and ensures implementation in assigned SKSK sites to reduce network faults and vulnerabilities.

E. Database and Financial Management

E1. Safekeeping and updating of SKSK site information such as; Databases, shift, Network Topology, 2Mb plan, Site Address, etc.)

E2. Ensures updated database references of SKSK sites agreed in the COE within the ratified digital platforms.

E3. Review expenditure of SKSK sites if properly tagged and justify consumed OPEX and CAPEX for site’s operational and improvement needs based on network fault history, PM and CM recording and site cost to maintain references. Recommend programs for SKSK sites in pursuit of efficient and sustainable maintenance.

E4. Counter checks billable services rendered for assigned SKSK sites are accurate, delivered according to the agreed success criteria and filed using the agreed official billing tool with necessary corrections reflected before approval and endorsing for final approval.

F. Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery.

F1. Participates in Business Continuity Management planning and preparations of facility resources- manpower, equipment, processes and fuel in readiness for calamity.

F2. Familiarize self in BIA BCMS (Business Impact Analysis) exercises and ensure updates in GT CMDP portal.
