Job Description Responsible for the completion of circuit installation endorsement coming from the Enterprise Service Delivery team. Ensuring the equipment installed at B2B customers are done timely, within standards and in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan. Provide assistance to support teams in terms of opportunity handling specific to serviceability. Analyze field installation from other provider and recommend practices to adopt as an improvement to the existing processes.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. ORGANIZATION
Executes strategies work plans in order to achieve department, business and financial goals
B. CIRCUIT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT
Responsible for B2B circuit installation that includes circuit reliability testing and customer application testing required in the acceptance of circuit
Provides assessment and execute implementation of complex high revenue and high-profile customer accounts, coordinating with various functional groups within Globe and outside the organization to ensure timely delivery
Analyzes the work order received and examines the technical requirements, prepares and arranges for resources in coordination with the involved support groups
Performs audit and acceptance on the completed projects by outsourced services following the guidelines set standards
Conducts acceptance which includes validation of last mile facility installed such as fiber optics and microwave radios are in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan
C. READINESS & ABILITY TO SUPPORT BUSINESS NEEDS/BUSINESS CONTINUITY
Works with stakeholders to identify priority orders and raises issues that may be encountered at the onset by assessing and evaluating complex work orders for implementation
Enables self-learning and skills development to adopt to technology advancements
D. TOOLS, PROCESS/POLICIES DEVELOPMENT & IMPROVEMENT
Participate in problem resolution encountered as the implementation process progress in order to improve/develop internal processes
Gathers information, priorities and updates from different groups by attending meetings, cascades and collaborations so that work is aligned towards priorities and objectives
Secures and maintains company resources and ensures procedures conform to Globe policies, guidelines and standards
To be knowledgeable in operating various test equipments and performing variety of application test
E. REPORTING REQUIREMENT
Provides individual reports on performance and accomplishments
Provides timely update to internal and external customers as needed
KPIs:
Percentage MET on installation
Serviceability of opportunities
Achieve satisfactory NPS rating
TOP 3-5 DELIVERABLES:
Implementation of installation orders supporting the attainment of B2B financial goals
Applies project management principles and practices during the implementation, monitoring and completion of projects, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
Evaluates, interprets and decides on difficult scenarios to systematically choose the appropriate course of action to address the situation
Utilize technology fundamentals guarantee workability and interoperability of the circuit with respect to customer requirement
Identifies areas for improvement based on the actual performance of duty and from observing other provider while performing field works
