As the Access Value Lead, you will play a pivotal role in securing efficient national reimbursement and access for Roche's products. By developing and implementing strategic negotiation plans, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative health solutions and improve patient outcomes. As an integral member of the Market Access team, you will report directly to Access Excellence Lead, contributing to our shared dedication to bringing value for patients and healthcare systems.
The Opportunity
You lead Market Access strategy for Roche therapeutic areas by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful access strategies and outcomes.
You provide strategic and tactical counseling on risks and opportunities from changes to the access and policy environment.
You conduct robust research and analyses to identify the societal impact of our products and integrate customer insights into Access strategies.
You develop and implement the product value proposition using global tools, ensuring timely reimbursement and access.
You build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with external partners, using internal alliances to drive positive product access outcomes.
You present the economic and clinical value of Roche products to collaborators such as Payers, TAEs, MoH, National Drug Organization, and Patient Associations.
Identify potential challenges and drive innovative solutions to accelerate product access and improve business potential.
Who You Are
You hold a BSc in Health Sciences, Business or Finance; a Master's in Health Economics or Health Policy & Management is considered an asset.
You have previous experience of 3-5 years in the healthcare environment, preferably in pharmaceuticals or related consulting services, with a deep understanding of the payer and market access environment.
You have good knowledge of health economics and the Access landscape, including pharmaceutical legislation and payer dynamics. Further knowledge of pharmacoeconomic analyses will be considered an asset.
You demonstrate strong customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
You are strategic and analytical, able to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced environment while achieving high-quality results.
You are fluent in Greek and English, and have excellent MS Office skills.
The Global Grade range will be SE6-SE7.
