Job Description

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our team as an Accessories Master Planner!

As part of an high energy & supportive team, you will be working in a very fast paced Logistics department ensuing the sufficient supply & flow of materials & Finished Goods through the business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Working as part of the Planning & Procurement team, reporting to the Planning Team Leader.The primary function of this role is to ensure product arrives on time in full to meet customer requirements & departmental KPI’s.  Liaising daily with suppliers to overcome global supply chain bottlenecks.Analysing supply chain trends, sending forecasts & material schedules to suppliers, making data driven decisions where required.Expediting deliveries & managing supply chain disruptions where necessary.Driving continuous improvement activities within the area to eliminate waste & streamlining of processes.Managing Foreign Trade topics as and when they arise.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate must have:

Experience of working within a Logistics environment is desirable but not essential.Computer literate with a good knowledge of the Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and SAP & Power Bi would be advantageous but not essential.Good attention to detail, decision making and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate confidently with personnel from all levels of the business.Able to use own initiative with the ability to work on their own as well as part of a team.Experience of working within a fast-moving environment coping with varying workloads, pressures, and deadlines.Flexibility of approach towards working hours.

Working Hours: 37 hours per week – standard working pattern of 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 –
16:30 Friday with a 1-hour lunch break
