**What you'll bring to the team** **Accommodation Host** **Details:** **Location:** Thorpe Park, KT16 8PN **What will I do?** + Checking Guests in and out of the hotel + Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay + Liaising with House keeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements + Effectively dealing with guests feedback or minor issues + Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins + Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests + Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes. **Qualifications & Experience** **No previous experience required** , just **enthusiasm** and **eagerness** to learn!
