What will I be doing?
As an Accommodation Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all Accommodation operations to deliver an excellent Team Member experience. An Accommodation Manager will also be required to evaluate their satisfaction and set department targets and objectives. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nOversee Accommodation operations\nOversee Engineering/Housekeeping Operations\nEvaluate Team Members satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement\nOperate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules\nSet departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures\nInspect, regularly, all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance to standards and take action as necessary to conform to standard\nMonitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Team Members Accommodation and teamwork focus\nEnsure team members have an up-to-date knowledge of all Accommodation Policies, Rules and Regulations\nMaintain good communication and work relationships between hotel management and housing team\nEnsure communication meetings are conducted at the accommodation\nManage staff issues in compliance with company policies and procedures\nCompetent in property management systems\nAssist other departments wherever necessary\nWhat are we looking for?

\n\nStaff Accommodation experience in hotels/leisure/retail sector in a managerial or supervisory capacity\nA successful track record of managing a large team\nA high school certificate or equivalent\nHigh level of engineering awareness and cost control capabilities\nPrevious experience of managing a department and Profit and Loss account\nExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills\nAbility to work under pressure\nIT proficiency\nExcellent grooming standards\nFlexibility to respond to a range of different work situations\nProficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office\nStrong organizational, budget management, and problem solving skills\nStrong communication skills\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Team Members service\n\nIt would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
