What you will do:

The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As an Accommodation Strategic Partnerships Intern reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships within the Accommodation Team you will be in charge of:

Creation, updates & deactivation in our Extranet Tool of hotel pictures, amenities, room types and rate plans or credentials, among others.

Create promotions for our properties & check their correct visibility in the client web front. 

Communicate by email with hoteliers in order to follow-up on promotional loading, availability and price accuracy.

Respond to general questions related to partnership by email

Support chain hoteliers with the onboarding process.

Crafting Solutions for E-Commerce Excellence

Assist the Strategic Partnerships Managers & Specialist, where needed

Ensure back office coverage, if needed

Provide ongoing input to the Head of Strategic Partners.

What you need to succeed:

Bachelor or Master Degree student – University Agreement required.

Multilingual profile: fluent English + Spanish or German or French.

Self motivation and teamwork are expected. Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment.

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Client focused and empathetic

Adaptability and appetite for learning 

Computer savvy: comfortable with MS Office package and Gmail (Gdocs, Gcalendar,
Gsites).

Experience in the Hotel or Tourism Industry is a plus.
