Account Admin Support
Role Purpose
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Account Administrator based in London, United Kingdom. The Account Administrator will report to the Account Director for one of our biggest accounts. This is a key role providing professional administrative support to an EMEA-wide account facilities management team, assisting and supporting the day-to-day operation and delivery of the contract including, administration of supplier contracts, PO requisitions and receipting in addition to reporting on administration of on operational, H&S and Quality matters. This role would be ideally suited to an administrator or executive assistant with experience in a facilities management environment.
What this job involves
Providing relevant FM information and administration support to the Account Director as well as wider account leadership team as required.Assist Regional Facilities Managers in the preparation and collation of their internal monthly reports.Support on-boarding of new staff by liaising with line managers and IT.General administration support.Maintain central operations trackers and organise weekly Operations Review meetings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the shared drive.Conduct monthly collection of operational paperwork and certificates of completion from the EMEA portfolio, to ensure and reactive reports and certification is kept up to date, and is filed on the shared drive.Assisting the Account Director and Regional Facilities Managers with HR related matters, for example, maintenance of regional records and systems, and submission of new starter forms.Raising POs and coordinating invoicing.Working as a member of the team you will insure that all agreed service levels and service standards are met.Supporting the coordination of the office operations, procedures and resources to facilitate organisational effectiveness and efficiency including driving JLL best practices and procedures across EMEA.Setting up, maintaining, organising and controlling JLL central files, information, data, reports etc. relating to account integrated facilities management across EMEA.Entering system data, and providing the overall system administration.Ensuring prompt resolution of any customer complaints, escalating to the Regional FM as required.Sound like you?
