MAJOR DUTIES
• Manage accounts in accordance with fundamental fiduciary duties and responsibilities, considering legal requirements, terms of the documents, NT policies & procedures, assessment of fiduciary and business risk, client needs and Trust & Advisory resources.
• Act as lead partner to respond to daily client requests for information, including status of money movement, account changes and other requested information. Research client issues where required.
• Take the lead on requests to NCSS and other support areas, including account set-ups, fees, distributions, and ongoing account activity. Monitor account transactions and overdrafts in accordance with fiduciary policy guidelines and resolve outstanding issues. Identify and promote internal process improvements.
• Respond to all Account Review Exceptions reports on a timely basis. Address all compliance issues promptly. Practice comprehensive file management, as prescribed by US Administrative Practices and Guidelines, ensuring all documentation relative to administration is appropriately imaged and archived and that all relevant system records are maintained.
EDUCATION
College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience with client relationships is preferred
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
• Experience with personal trust and agency relationships, including compliance requirements, usually acquired through related work experience, is required.
• Knowledge of bank process and functions required.
• Ability to act independently and solve complex problems.
• Comfort with process and technology, required to manage relationships.
