Role description:
The ABM Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the execution, tracking, and optimization of ABM programs designed to drive engagement and conversion with high-value target accounts, ensuring all aspects of the program are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. This position provides hands-on support to the ABM Program Manager and core team while also contributing to the continuous optimization of the program, and requires strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to collaborate with various teams and disciplines across the organization, including sales, marketing, and commercial enablement.
Role accountabilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage day-to-day logistics of ABM program plans, including tracking project timelines, tasks, and deadlines in project management tooling. Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between marketing, sales, and other teams. Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing Account engagement plans, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and goalsCampaign/Client Engagement Coordination & Execution:
Assist in the end-to-end delivery of ABM campaigns and client engagements. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, target accounts, timelines, and deliverables. Organize and track key campaign assets, including content, communications, and campaign timelines, ensuring that everything is delivered on time. Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and virtual conferences that are part of the ABM strategy, ensuring efficient execution from pre-event logistics to post-event follow-up and analysis. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate the development of account lists in preparation for digital marketing activities, ensuring the completeness of data.Content & Asset Management:
Assist in the coordination, management, and distribution of ABM-related content and assets to ensure personalized content is delivered according to plan. Ensure that content and resources are kept up-to-date and accessible for the sales and marketing teams.Sales and Marketing Alignment:
Serve as a liaison between the core ABM team, sales teams, and other Growth / business stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment on account objectives. Assist sales teams by providing them access to the necessary resources, insights, and reports to support outreach efforts and account engagement.Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date on ABM best practices, emerging trends, and new tools that can help improve program effectiveness. Help streamline ABM processes, workflows, and tools to improve overall efficiency and scalability.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in marketing, business, or a related field; project management experience within ABM or digital marketing is a plus. 1-3 years of experience in marketing, project management, or ABM, ideally in a matrixed B2B environment. Experience supporting ABM or lead-generation campaigns, including working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer success or enablement). Familiarity with project management tooling is a must; familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Oracle Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work well under pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy, deadlines, and consistency. Basic understanding of data analysis, ABM KPIs, and reporting metrics, as well as familiarity with content creation and campaign execution is beneficial. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow within the ABM field. Strong problem-solving skills. Collaborative and adaptable, with a passion for driving team success.Why Arcadis?
