About this roleWe’re looking for a Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager to develop and scale our global upmarket strategy. In this critically important role, you’ll be responsible for partnering on the strategy, execution, reporting, and results of our global ABM program.
This role reports to our Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing and will be based in our Denver office.
What you'll be doing Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and scale the Udemy Business Enterprise ABM program to generate high-quality pipeline and accelerate growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales to identify, prioritize, and engage target accounts and work closely with our Global Campaigns and Activations teams, performance marketing, and operations team to execute a unified strategy that drives growth in our target verticals and segments. Creative Thinking and Content Development: Use your creativity to develop compelling content and personalized experiences that resonate with our target audience. Global Marketing Coordination: In addition to building the foundational global program, you’ll collaborate with regional counterparts to ensure consistent execution and alignment with local market needs. Process Improvement/Optimization: Turn our ABM efforts into a finely tuned machine! You’ll work cross-functionally to make our sales and marketing ABM processes as efficient and scalable as possible. Data Analysis and Reporting: Operationalize ABM planning and reporting to effectively measure and analyze the success of our initiatives, driving continuous improvement in partnership with the marketing team. What you’ll have 5-7 years of demand gen experience in a B2B SaaS environment. 2+ years of account-based marketing experience, specifically with Enterprise or Mid-Market focus. You’re an ABM expert with a track record of scaling account-based marketing in fast-growing organizations. Experience in marketing automation and measurement, specifically in account-based marketing. Very familiar with related tech such as Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense, Reachdesk, Gong, Tableau, etc. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions. A creative mindset – thinking outside the box to create innovative ABM strategies that drive results. A love of analytics and a proven track record of using data to measure the success of ABM efforts. The ability to quickly adapt and be comfortable in a dynamic environment when priorities and tactics change rapidly.We understand that not everyone will match each of the above qualifications. Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor.
