Achievers is seeking a proactive and innovative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our ABM Practice. In this pivotal role, you will act as the linchpin between sales and marketing, focusing on leveraging intent data, buyer signals, and account insights to drive personalized, data-driven marketing strategies.  As part of a small team of ABM marketers, you will collaborate closely to fuel our growth engine by blending strategic thinking, creative execution, and deep knowledge of marketing automation tools.  Your mission is to develop and scale ABM campaigns that align with our strategy and ensure marketing and sales are truly aligned. 
What You’ll Do In the Role: 
Turn Demand Generation Upside Down Your approach to demand creation and deal acceleration will be highly personalized and targeted You’ll get to know our customers by persona and buyer journey  You will then take that knowledge to create and execute account-based marketing campaigns by collaborating with marketing, sales and other stakeholders across the business with an end goal of helping to drive new acquisition opportunities as well as expansion within targeted accounts. You will engage all members of the account plan, identifying gaps and closing them in the process  Every day will be different and you’ll have no problem wearing multiple hats. 
Expand our ABM Playbook and our Practice Research industry best practices and experiment with new ideas within our space Expand our in-house playbook of successful ABM strategies by documenting our wins Work cross functionally within Achievers to keep sales up to date with campaign performance, manage expectations and obtain support and resources needed to continue to run your plays   Sell the success of our programs by sharing updates in town halls and team meetings Act as a subject matter expert with our regional counterparts to share knowledge and support ABM adoption in their region as needed  Build and Execute That Perfect Play Develop and manage a full calendar of ABM programs, tracking performance against forecasts and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet objectives. Design each play by developing the messaging and ideas for the assets. You have always been creative and have a way with words and personalization. Dig into the numbers on what types of campaigns are working best and work to optimize campaigns that aren’t performing.  What are we looking for in a candidate?At least 2-3 years in B2B, preferable SaaS experience developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns and plans. Proven revenue generation success and a demonstrated understanding of key account marketing mix optimization is a must   Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as SalesForce and Marketo are highly desired   Experience with vendors in our current ABM toolkit such as Demandbase, LeanData, Drift and Sendoso a plus Possess a solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, both inbound and outbound Relationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships with stakeholders Ability to project management larger workstreams at the same time as multi-tasking many plays that are on the go Ability to take the occasional call outside of standard working hours to support our colleagues in EMEA and APAC. Degree in Marketing or a related field Goal & detail oriented, structured, process led, with an analytical mindset. Must be a self-starter and must be able to work individually and with diverse teams. Why you’ll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that’s rooted in science, research and data.We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture!
