OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. These are companies that produce products or components used in the end products of other companies.
These companies purchase Siemens products or systems to integrate them into their own products.
Within our existing customer portfolio, we have steam boiler manufacturers, heat pump manufacturers, VAV manufacturers, and startups in renewable energy.

We are looking for a new Account & Business Development Manager to continue managing the current customer base but also to develop new customers.

Training and Coaching

We offer a unique opportunity to work with the current account manager for several months before they retire.
This coaching will be supplemented with the necessary training to prepare you for your new challenge.
We also ensure an introduction to the international network of OEM experts within Siemens.

Our portfolio of products and systems is very extensive, ranging from valves, sensors, burner components, programmable systems, cloud applications, and more.

Required Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanics or equivalent domain HVAC experience.
• Commercial and technical skills (60% farmer and 40% hunter)
• Trilingual fluency with customers in Dutch, French, and English; passive knowledge of German is a plus
• Knowledge of combustion or willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; knowledge of Visio is a plus
• Knowledge of programming in MATLAB and GITLAB is a plus

More Details on Responsibilities
• Develops business with selected OEMs with significant potential
• Defines and follows business plans together with OEMs (including strategy, objectives, business reviews, etc.)
• Develops and maintains an in-depth understanding of the customer's product and market development process
• Supports the customer's product/market development on an equal basis
• Analyzes specific market conditions and builds a solid market-related network of stakeholders
• Prepares customer contact, builds, and maintains a customer-oriented network
• Provides information for forecasting and planning via the CRM system
• Spots and develops opportunities in the CRM system
• Directly supports customers with cost/benefit analyses and calculations to demonstrate specific advantages of using BP products
• Coordinates and negotiates proposals in collaboration with the Back Office/other involved professionals and management
• Acts as a point of contact for OEMs in commercial matters and stimulates cooperation within the organization to ensure support
• Utilizes back-office and support functions for efficient service to OEMs where possible
