**Summary**
With supervision, plan and execute project and team related project support and assignments. These include setting and managing project and RFP deadlines. At times working with all teams and resources to align team to schedules for project timelines and general project coordination. Research required to support team across clients’ projects and RFP’s. Supports the Client Services team to track, management and execute critical operations-related processes and deliverables.
This position will support our EMEA Client Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office one day a week at our London location.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Supports and develops processes, and projects specific to the client services team.
+ Supports proposal pitches and presentations including managing 3rd party vendors where needed.
+ Provides regular status updates on project and pitch plans.
+ Updates and manages specific reports and assists with project tracking and pipeline reports for wider team.
+ Maintains consistent and thorough communication with all levels of the team, vendors, and service providers.
+ Provides support to the CS team for RFP, pitch, and project presentation responses.
+ Attends regular client meetings and update calls.
**Education & Experience**
+ Event Agency experience preferred.
+ Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent organizational skills.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Experience juggling multiple priorities at one time required.
+ Experience in fast paced environment required.
**Travel Requirements**
Travel up to 25%
