Client Success is a global team whose primary focus is to provide operational support, identify creative solutions, and drive efficiency for the publishers using Magnite to monetize their digital advertising space.
Magnite’s Account Coordinators are experts in the Magnite Seller Platform (DV+) and the programmatic advertising landscape, providing guidance for publishers and internal teams. Our team is responsible for assisting with integration management, troubleshooting, and front-line support and we are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude and excellent customer service while having a strong passion for what technology and automation can deliver for our clients.
In this role you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to external clients
Develop an understanding and mastery of all internal tools
Become an expert on the DV+ platform and leverage knowledge to educate both clients and internal teams on best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve client and platform related issues by partnering with technical teams
Provide prompt external client communications for all inquiries within SLA’s
Develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams
Work closely and collaboratively with the internal Account Teams to ensure the best possible resolution for the client
Liaise with publishers to oversee proper integration onto the DV+ platform
Utilize Salesforce to manage a queue of requests and track progress
We’re looking for someone with:
Adtech work experience, bachelor’s degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to learn quickly while demonstrating strong attention to detail
Technical aptitude and ability to converse clearly with internal and external clients
A self-starter mindset and a demonstrated track record of executing and delivering in a fast-paced environment
Excellent ability to identify and solve problems
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills; SalesForce experience a plus
Knowledge of online advertising concepts is a plus
Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus

In Colorado, the base salary range for this position is: $30 per hour - $33 per hour in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
In California, the base salary range for this position is: $31 per hour - $34 per hour in addition to an annual variable bonus based on performance and company equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).
