Account Coordinator, Digital

We are seeking a motivated Account Coordinator to join our digital team. **Position Summary:** The Account Coordinator will support our digital strategists in executing targeted public affairs and corporate reputation campaigns. This role is ideal for those with 1 -2 years’ experience as an intern or a junior-level position in digital communications social media, online advertising, or media monitoring. Social media experience is preferred. **Responsibilities:** + **Campaign Execution:** Assist in developing and implementing digital components of client campaigns, including social media and online advertising efforts. + **Content Creation:** Support the creation of compelling content for social media, websites, and paid media campaigns. + **Media Monitoring & Analysis:** Conduct research and monitor digital platforms to track audience engagement, campaign performance, and relevant trends. + **Reporting:** Compile performance metrics and analytics, providing insights to inform future strategies. + **Project Coordination:** Collaborate with team members to manage deadlines, coordinate client deliverables, and maintain organized workflows. + **Innovation:** Stay informed of emerging digital tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness. **Qualifications:** + 1-2 years of experience in a relevant internship/junior role + bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, political science, or a related field _OR_ 2+ years of working experience in a related field, no degree required + Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Talkwalker) + Strong writing and communication skills + Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights + Familiarity with the political cycle and public policy processes is a plus + Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment **Benefits:** + Hybrid Workplace: Three days a week in the office + Monthly lunches and breakfasts provided by DDC + Four day weekends for Memorial Day and Labor Day + Robust benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage + Paid maternity/paternity leave + Family Forming Benefits + Free subscription to the Calm app + Free Subscription to LinkedIn Learning for your professional development + Opportunity to enroll in our annual Mentorship program + Generous paid time off includes vacation, sick/personal, and extended holiday schedule You do not need to meet 100% of the qualifications to apply.
