The Opportunity
The Account Coordinator role is the primary contact for our transactional clients post sale. This critical role is responsible for developing long term client relationships and providing end to end account management including - ensuring user adoption, providing responsive product support, proactively aligning products with client needs, driving usage across the client portfolio of products, securing high client satisfaction/retention through renewals and timely, accurate fulfillment of client purchased products.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy consultative selling, are achievement-orientated and believe in performance rewards for exceeding monthly sales goals through strong collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is success-driven, fast-paced, works well in a diverse team and enjoys a dynamic and ever-changing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRetain and grow sales and usage with existing clients to exceed all team usage and sales goals within assigned accounts/territoryDevelop strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, to foster trust and understanding of customer’s needsEnsure adoption and usage of the full value of client’s products by delivering a consultative,
solution-oriented account management approachProactive client communication including upcoming events, updated product features/functionality, monthly reporting and quarterly business reviewsTimely, accurate fulfillment of purchased products/servicesAccurately forecast and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales, usage, activities and pipeline to management on a timely basisPlan/execute Partnership Performance Reviews for larger transactional customersPrimary point of contact for transactional client support and issue resolutionManage renewals on non-strategic transactional accountsCoordinate/collaborate with Account Representative on renewals on larger strategic transactional accountsUtilize Salesforce to accurately document and monitor all activitiesDrives regular client contact initiatives from within the teamFamiliar with the healthcare market trends as well as healthcare industry as a wholeJob Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and AttributesDemonstrated success in uncovering sales growth opportunities within existing clients.Desire and skilled ability to develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with high
level executives and decision makers over long periods of time.Advanced ability to communicate and negotiate professionally and effectively, in-person, over
the phone and in writing.Experience presenting to individuals, groups and executives in-person and over the
phone/email/Internet.Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate within a team.People-oriented, solution-oriented, goal/results-oriented.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.Proficiency in using the Internet, MS Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint and CRMs(Salesforce)Ability to travel to clients and/or tradeshow as required (25%).Required Education and/or ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience required.2+ years of current sales and/or account management experience or equivalent where a
significant portion of compensation is tied to sales/ quota attainment, preferably in the
