**Job Summary**
The Account Coordinator will join the ISG Sales organization as a key contributor to revenue retention and customer engagement within our annual SaaS renewal cycles. This role will support all aspects of account management, with focus on automating and optimizing our processes for scale, and on customer communication and outreach to drive engagement throughout expansion and renewal conversations.
This person will be a detail oriented, customer obsessed team player who will work with various internal teams to directly support customer accounts. You’ll be a great fit if you’re a highly organized person who’s comfortable diving into the details of SaaS contracts, tracking and delivering against deadlines, and enjoys working in a customer-focused team environment. This is a net new role to the team, and we expect to see the role growing and expanding as we bring in additional SaaS products and identify new areas for optimization.
This is a remote, full-time position in North America. Base compensation will range from $85,000 - $95,000 based on experience. This position sits within the ISG Global Market Expansion team, and reports to the Director of Customer Success while working closely with peers and the Account Management Team Lead.
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**
+ Support Salesforce process automation in collaboration with the Sales Effectiveness team; take ownership of these processes and work with ISG Sales to funnel customers through appropriate internal channels
+ Support Account Managers (AMs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with timely customer communication related to contract renewals and new sales.
+ Work directly with customers to align on contract terms and facilitate the flow of information and documents for on-time deal closure.
+ Work cross-functionally with internal teams to facilitate the flow of information and documents for on-time deal closure.
+ Work with AMs and CSMs to build engaging and timely customer communications to support overall customer engagement and account health.
+ Build your understanding of the ISG suite of products and services to understand our customers’ use cases and the ISG value proposition.
+ Display initiative, self-motivation and deliver high quality results along with meeting all expectations for both customers and internal stakeholders
**Skills and Minimum Experience Required**
+ 3+ years of experience in roles that have provided experience with SaaS contracts, CRM, customer engagement, project management, or process administration.
+ Good time management and organizational skills while working in a dynamic team environment.
+ A proactive, owner’s mindset around seeking and communicating relevant information to your team.
+ An interest in joining a SaaS sales organization, and in learning the building energy efficiency space and how this translates into reducing the carbon footprint of the built environment.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Curiosity and willingness to learn!

The range for this position is $64,300.00 to $115,700.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
