ABOUT YOU:

You are a strategic creative thinker, self-starter, and a collaborator willing to assist the Account Executives (AEs) with overall marketing and promotions coordination efforts, being a liaison between Sales, Production & Promotions departments.

YOUR DAY-DAY:

Enter, Review, and Revise Orders & provide Traffic department with instructions and spot(s)Confirm payment and send to Business ManagerPull weekly inventory reports for managementManage preemptionsRequest Inventory updates for Makegood OfferResearch rating point equivalentOffer MakegoodsFollow through with AE for Makegood approvalConfirm/Process orders/Makegoods in Wide Orbit, EPort, AE Inbox and Katz Media groupRequest copy points, logos, and/or images, and prizes from client to productionRevenue, Competitive, & Historical Reports in Wide OrbitEnter missing copy through VCreativeCreate PowerPoint Event recaps for clients detailing all elements included. Event Recaps to bedelivered in a timely mannerReconcile invoices at the end of the month for those advertisers that require notarizedpaperwork. Co-op process may include translations of TV and/or Radio creativeResearch paperwork for credit memosSales Back-up when/as needed

YOU HAVE:

1-year minimum experience in tangible or intangible salesDetail oriented & strong organizations skillsGood Customer ServiceStrong Verbal and written English language communication skillsAble to work in multi-task work environmentComputer skills including Windows 200/XP, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required Please note that the above duties are subject to change due to unforeseen changes i.e: new operational systems being deployed, agencies/clients requiring revised/new duties to name a few.Fluent in Spanish (read and write) Eligibility RequirementsMust be willing to work from office in Dallas, TXEmployment/Education will be verifiedMust be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
