Exciting Contract-to-Hire Opportunity: Customer Service

Are you ready to play a key role in the growth and success of a leading company in the fire protection industry? We're looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this dynamic role, you'll be the go-to person for managing customer-specific requests related to the inspection and service of fire protection systems, while helping drive the success of our Service & Inspection department!

As the primary point of contact for customers, you'll ensure that inspections and services are completed efficiently, keeping customers satisfied and compliant with all required guidelines. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment where your ability to juggle priorities, deliver top-notch customer service, and maintain quality performance will be key to success.

What You'll Do:

Schedule on-demand and recurring service/inspection appointments for customer sites.Collaborate with various departments to ensure all customer work is completed on time and to specification.Follow up on any outstanding work orders to ensure customer satisfaction.Provide phone coverage for assigned accounts and overflow calls.Manage invoicing for work tickets and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.Be the primary customer service contact for your assigned accounts, delivering exceptional support.Cross-train and support other roles as needed to enhance team flexibility and efficiency.Maintain regular and reliable attendance to keep operations running smoothly.
