Wage: $45,000 - $50,000
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm.

We’re hiring an Account Co-Ordinator/Analyst to help execute data collection programs and deliver accurate, timely insights to our clients. You’ll oversee projects, analyze data, and maintain strong communication with field teams to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and accurate execution. Review and analyze data, photos, and feedback from field reps, addressing inconsistencies. Communicate with field teams and clients to resolve challenges and maintain alignment. Maintain accurate reporting templates, databases, and deliverables. Handle payroll validation, field inquiries, and general administrative tasks. Attend meetings and provide updates on program progress and challenges. Our Ideal Candidate: Holds a degree in Statistics or related field or has at least 2 years of experience in data analytics or data collection.Demonstrates advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups (experience with VBA Macros is a bonus).Exhibits proficiency in using tools such as Power BI, Access, or SQL effectively.Applies strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to handle complex tasks efficiently.Possesses the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a strong attention to detail.Has previous experience in merchandising or retail, which is a strong asset.
