Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts. **About the Role** Grocery & Retail (GR) is a fast-growing business within Uber Eats that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app. And GR Taiwan is a strategically important and successful market for UberEats globally. As a Senior Account Manager, this presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your relationship management and sales expertise by serving as the primary point of contact for our retailing partners. This role focuses on post-sales of medium-sized businesses, upselling marketing products to grow revenue, maintaining operational quality, and maximizing business retention. **Your Impact:** - Manage a portfolio of independent retail partnerships in Taiwan focussing on bringing quality grocery to Uber Eats customers, retention and growing existing accounts - Develop strong relationships with merchant partners, while managing the day-to-day operations and addressing their needs. - Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the independent retail and SMB segments. - Support operational processes and help define and scale new processes suitable for independent merchants - Focus on growing accounts by selling strategic Uber services and improving operational performance **The Experience You’ll Bring:** - 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally with SMB clients. - Good communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities. - Good problem-solving abilities and capacity to offer strategic solutions. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure client success and achieve business objectives. **Ideal Characteristics**: - Experience in account management, business development, sales, or partner support is preferred, with a focus on learning and growth in these areas. - Ability to build strong relationships with partners and a demonstrated commitment to supporting business goals. - Basic commercial understanding of how businesses and organizations function, with a willingness to learn how to navigate partner relationships and contribute to business success. - Proactive, hands-on problem solver mindset, with creativity and flexibility in addressing challenges and opportunities. - Experience in the grocery and retail segment preferred - Basic project management skills and experience in managing small-to-medium business accounts are beneficial.
