Account Development Executive (Maternity Cover - 9 Months)

We're looking for an Account Development Executive (9 Month contract) to join our team in Singapore as part of our Sales function.

Your Role:  You will be responsible for growing revenue from a defined portfolio of clients across Asia. You will be skilled in developing high-level relationships to develop long-term strategic partnerships. You will be customer focussed and have the ability to craft and develop solutions from our products to help grow your client’s business objectives. 

You will enjoy both direct client contact roles, and collaborate closely with the Customer Success specialist to turn valuable knowledge of the client into commercial conversations.  

Key Responsibilities 

Responsible for hitting personal revenue target as well as helping the team to hit their overall target

Maintain consistent commercial activity in Salesforce through effective relationship building, call management and growth strategies

Accurate and continuous forecasting of renewal conversations outcomes throughout client lifetime cycle

Create an annual business plan to identify risk and growth opportunities as well as a forecast plan to exceed commercial targets. Review on a monthly basis.

Work with the customer success specialist to drive growth and account retention

Maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders so you are clear on their business challenges and articulate the value of WARC on supporting their business

Work with the Global AD team on ad hoc projects when required ie Smooth onboarding of new clients - identify problem areas and implement new processes to improve, with tangible outcomes to measure success

Your Experience

Previous experience in a revenue generating account management role

 Evidence of a drive and determination to hit targets

 Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills

 Must be extremely customer-service oriented with a passion to exceed client expectations

 Must be detail-orientated and organised; able to multitask and think quickly; a fast learner

Strong business acumen, problem solving & analytical skills

Proven negotiation skills with persistence and tenacity

Evidence of working within a team to achieve both individual and wider team goals

Excellent internet researcher with good knowledge of major industry sources

Evidence of the ability to forecast financial outcomes, identify challenges and risks and to manage a plan of action in those circumstances

Experience of presenting to groups of individuals face to face and running online demonstrations of products/services
