DEVELOPER: genuine enjoyment in working collaboratively with practice owners and practice managers to develop and execute business plans using proven strategies and programs that drive YOY growth for the partner. COMMUNICATOR: proactive communicator who finds value in sharing best practices with teammates and customers. Ability to translate information and train partners. Appreciates being coached and is coachable. ENGAGER: tenacity and creativity to keep partners from going dormant and to re-engage accounts that have gone dormant. TECHNICAL: advanced understanding of and enjoy working in business intelligence systems including Salesforce, Looker, Microsoft Office programs, Outlook. We are looking for individuals who will be quick learners to pickup other Colorescience specific programs for order entry and processing. Colorescience ADMS are professionals with experience in sales, systems, and CRM management who enjoy being customer facing. Building meaningful relationships with both our internal teams as well as our business partners. With a high level of autonomy, Account Development Managers drive growth through:
New product launch and line extension. Working with partners to improve patient outcomes and confidence by incorporating the Finishing Touch Protocol post-treatment. Implementation of Lasting Beauty Rewards program.Account Development Managers GIVE.

The position is a hybrid role based remotely. Aligned to the Pacific Area geography. Applicants must live in one of the following states (California, Utah, Washington) and will be working in a team setting. Prior sales experience with demonstrated success is required. Prior systems experience with demonstrated ability to swiftly adopt process is required. Role reports directly to the Area Director for the Pacific region. We are an ambitious group.
