Account Development Representative, GC

Responsible for opening new accounts or new departments in existing customer base. Works directly with selling teams, in an assigned region, to identify, penetrate, and cultivate new business opportunities. Execution of new business strategies will include research, cold calling, social selling and advanced qualification. Team members will set meetings, schedule technical resources, track activity and proactively update selling teams on next steps for new and developing opportunities. Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Works under moderate supervision and usually receives detailed instructions on all work. Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Works under general supervision, requiring instructions only on new assignments.
