Account Development Representative

JOB OVERVIEW: The Account Development Representative (ADR) is responsible for moving qualified sales opportunities through the quoting and closing stages of the sales process. An ADR will work closely with sales development, account Managers, and indirect sales channels to increase the quality of leads/opportunities managed within the sales pipeline. Responsible for building relationships with distribution partners in addition to direct customers. Develops relationships with other dealer markets to utilize channels for expanded sales opportunities. Directly manage and grow 3-15 location medical accounts and 1-2 location dental opportunities through distribution or direct.  Implements HealthFirst sales and marketing programs to drive growth, increase market share, create brand loyalty and achieve desired sales and profitability goals. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the quote to close process with assigned partnersEngage key customers to understand needs, recommending supply and service solutions to establish ongoing business relationships and communicate key initiatives and report market trends and needs.Utilize company CRM for documentation and funnel managementSchedule and deliver product demonstration for customers Utilize consultative selling resources Provide ongoing support to new and existing customers through regular contacts maintain relationships and implementing strategic programs for account penetration. Monitors sales, gross profit of customer baseCollaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to penetrate selected market segments through demand generation, channel marketing, marketing materials, training, event management, brand management, product management, content marketing, marketing automation, key opinion leader management and sales support.Participates in tradeshows, sales meetings, conventions, etc. as required

 

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:  

Proven ability in closing sales opportunities Previous experience selling HealthFirst products and services preferredProficiency with SalesForce Experience in delivering live presentations via Zoom, Skype, Microsoft Teams a plusAbility to build and maintain professional relations within multiple channels/departmentsCompetent in Microsoft Word, Excel, OutlookFamiliarity with financial systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 

3 years in sales organization with 2 years direct customer involvement

PREFERRED EDUCATION:  

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Up to 10% travel. Normal office environment.

Typically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.

Competitive Base Salary + commission structure. Compensation based on % of sales generated with a bonus for achievement towards sales targets and closing percentage
