About this team:
As an Account Director, Platforms at Magnite, you will drive strategic partnerships with publishers across omnichannel environments (Display, Video, Audio, DOOH, CTV) in France & Belgium. Reporting to the Associate Director, Platforms, you will be responsible for account growth, revenue generation, and client success while managing one direct report. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role, requiring strong relationship management and business development skills.
In this role you will:
Own and grow key publisher relationships, ensuring their monetization success
Work side-by-side with the global Seller teams for top tier Publishers with an international foot print to ensure internal and external global stakeholder alignment (knowledge sharing, collaboration, product roll out co-ordination etc.)
Identify and close upsell opportunities with strategic clients, driving revenue growth
Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with Business Development to expand Magnite’s footprint
Provide ongoing account management, including performance reviews, insights, and proactive optimization
Partner cross-functionally with Ad Ops, Demand, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to resolve issues and drive efficiencies
Track and analyze publisher performance, ensuring alignment with revenue goals
Mentor employees on Platforms tea,, supporting team growth and efficiency
We’re looking for someone with:
5+ years of experience in adtech and proven experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media sales
A strong sales and client-facing mindset, with the ability to drive revenue and manage strategic relationships.
Strong knowledge of the French & Belgian publisher landscape across multiple channels (Display, Video, Audio, DOOH, CTV).
A data-driven approach to analyzing performance and identifying growth opportunities
Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively
Strong problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues and proactively finding solutions
The ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational skills
The ability to be proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
Fluent in French & English
