Account Director, IHG Global Sales, Europe

If you thrive on strategy, relationships and making an impact, this **12m FTC** role could be your next move. **What you’ll be doing:** + Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of sports accounts across Transient, Groups & Meetings, and Speciality Markets, focusing on long-term value. + Develop account plans and negotiate commercial agreements to drive incremental revenue across all IHG brands. + Identify new business opportunities aligned to market demand, using data and insights to make informed decisions. + Work closely with hotel teams to match high-impact sports clients with the right properties, particularly in luxury and upscale segments. + Represent IHG at key industry events, building visibility and strengthening relationships within the sports sector. **What we’re looking for:** + Strong commercial background in strategic sales, account management and/or business development, ideally with experience in the sports industry. + Proven ability to grow accounts, lead negotiations, and build trusted partnerships that deliver results. + Familiarity with Challenger Sales or similar consultative sales frameworks. + Experience working across international markets and diverse cultures. + Fluent in English, with additional languages seen as an advantage.
