About The Role:We are currently looking for an Account Director to add to our dynamic team. This is an excellent selling opportunity for you to help drive new account growth and collaborate with brands across a wide swath of merchant verticals. A successful Account Director will build relationships cross functionally, will live the RetailMeNot core values, and have a real passion for client success! What You’ll Do:Build relationships with Ziff Davis Shopping's customers within an assigned book of businessUnderstand & effectively communicate the value of our products & servicesSummarize and present benefits of strategic partnership & marketing initiatives to merchantsAchieve quarterly revenue and business line targetsProspect for new business partnershipsManage the complete sales cycle process for all accounts within your assigned book of businessForecast & track activity within Salesforce, Tableau & other CRM toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with teams across Ziff Davis to provide product & competitive insights as well as drive performance for your assigned book of business Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience required in online media sales, account management and business developmentExperience in owning a quota for a book of businessProven track record of success in hitting sales targets & goalsExperience in the retail/ merchant B2C e-commerce sectors or digital advertising sectorsStrong knowledge of and experience in online advertising/ e-commerce/ offline commerceProficiency with Salesforce or other CRM softwareAble to develop and execute business development plans that will achieve revenue targetsExceptional ability to develop and deliver client ready presentationsSelf-motivated and enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven environmentStrategic thinker with the ability to use market knowledge and partner feedback to improve product and service offeringsPolished, engaging and persuasive communicator that is comfortable presenting at the VP level & higherStructured problem solver with excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsWillingness to work in a team environment & lead attainment of quarterly goals and objectivesBachelor’s degree in business, advertising, liberal arts or communications from a four-year college or university
