Description We are in search of an Account Director based in Austin, Texas. The role involves supporting our partner management function on a daily basis with client interactions in the agency industry. The Account Director will be instrumental in providing strategic direction and managing accounts. Responsibilities: • Offer strategic direction to ensure alignment with client objectives • Manage and oversee client accounts to foster long-term relationships • Utilize CRM systems for efficient account management • Oversee annual planning and budget processes in alignment with client goals • Provide 360-degree feedback to enhance service delivery • Manage and navigate the auto parts aspect of client accounts • Contribute to the branding initiatives of the agency, though this is not a mandatory requirement.
