What this job entails-
The Account Director is accountable for developing and implementing an account plan which will delight our clients and ensure a healthy long term relationship. The Account Director anticipates client needs and delivers to outperform on the key performance indicators within the contract and builds financial plans while striving to exceed revenue and profitability. The Account Director creates and manages high performing teams which not only delivers operational excellence but keeps employees engaged and thriving, and in conjunction with the Corporate Solutions leadership team, understands the firm’s strategy and goals and can translate those into the business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities
Delivery of Client Satisfaction
Establish the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring there is alignment with the client objectives and interestsDrive the account plan to deliver high quality results which exceed the client’s expectationsBecome a reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand Jones Lang LaSalle’s businessRecognizes opportunities for account growth, then articulate the value proposition and ensures its implementation across the platformDirects the client team, and leverages experts within the broader organization, to ensure exceptional results are delivered to the client, exceeding key performance indicatorsProactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from clientEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respectBuilds and Manages High Performing Teams
Fosters close and positive collaboration across a geographically diverse and remote workforce to ensure compliance of all JLL and Prime Contract requirements (Terms & Conditions) and attainment of all established goals and initiatives for the Account and the FirmEnsures the best qualified candidate is hired for all roles on the accountThoroughly and critically assesses direct reports (and directs directs)For every direct report, build actionable and measurable career development plans; direct report in consistent conversations regarding progressAdvances the firm’s diversity and inclusion priorities by focusing on talent moves, i.e. hiring, rotation and promotionProvides point in time coaching to elevate performanceAchieve Financial Results
Develops and manages the Account budgetEstablishing and adhere to recurring financial forecasting exercises to identify gaps to Plan and develop strategies and actions to close themEstablish positive and close partnership with Financial team to ensure an ongoing and detailed understanding of the Account’s financial statusPartners with leadership when Retain all current business lines and expand the book of business with the client to extend beyond existing product lines or geographyMitigates risk for the organization by:Ensuring full compliance with all Prime Contracts Terms & Conditions, and all government procurement and contracting requirementsEnsuring A/R is maintained below 60 days payableContributes to the Growth of the Company
Brings to the organization any leading practices and/or innovations developed on the account to the firmIdentifies opportunities both on Account and within professional network to grow the business and generate additional revenue – engaging the right cross-functional resources to winBecome internal reference for best in class service delivery that can be leveraged to expand Jones Lang LaSalle’s businessProduces and presents an annual Account Plan and related client business plan to include key objectives; client satisfaction results; summary of value add activities; and outlines growth/expansion opportunities to achieve.Understand the fundamentals of the outsourcing business and the real estate industryJob Requirements
Education
This position requires a bachelor’s degree in addition to a broad range of business experience acquired through previous work experienceMBA or similar post-graduate studies is preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

215,000.00 – 235,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
