You’ll work closely with our creative, planning, digital, media and strategy teams to deliver hard marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll be as obsessive about getting results as we are, driving campaigns to achieve client goals from awareness to demand generation. This is a really exciting role, ideal for someone who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and work on the full end-to-end marketing spectrum. You will be skilled at understanding and managing client needs and expectations, as well as providing strategic leadership, knowing how to empower teams to get the best out of their skill sets. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-driven, and with a great attention to detail. Reporting to a Client Partner, this will be an incredibly fast paced and diverse role where you can make a difference, working as part of close knit and collaborative team, who are passionate about what they do. This role would require you to come and work from our offices in Chancery Lane three times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). Our offices are open 5 days per week, and you are of course welcome to work from the office as much as you would like. **Responsibilities** **What you’ll do** + Manage day-to-day campaign activity across multiple accounts to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work in line with the brief, budget, agreed objectives and KPIs + Build deep, trusting relationships, cross-functionally with clients to become a trusted adviser, offering added value, both advising and influencing strategy. Be able to give an opinion on what we should and should not be doing and challenging when required + Take client briefs accurately, articulating it to internal teams to ensure quality of output and to timelines + Lead the team on a day-to-day basis to ensure that deadlines are being met, and projects and campaigns are delivered on time with high-quality execution + Create and own the plans to deliver marketing programmes across multiple channels and oversee successful delivery + Effectively put budgets together and negotiate with clients + Consistently manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest-quality service and soliciting and acting on client feedback efficiently and professionally + Drive revenue across your client portfolio and support business growth initiatives **Qualifications** **What you’ll bring** + Proven B2B marketing experience in a similar agency role + Well-versed in a fast-paced environment + Experience leading a team + Robust understanding of current and future integrated marketing concepts, strategy and best practice + Confident and articulate verbal and written communicator, can foster strong relationships both internally and externally + Takes pride and personal responsibility for maintaining exceptional client servicing standards + An analytical mindset and methodical approach + Excellent attention to detail + Strong execution and good capacity for pressure, and a good sense of communication and co-working + Ability to deliver high quality work, multi-task and project manage/manage deadlines, and delegate tasks with ease **Additional information** **Publicis Pro** has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
