Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Director to lead a fully outsourced, cross functional team providing strategy, technology, facilities management, project delivery, and transaction management for a Fortune 250 financial services company. Our Account Director will drive the strategic development and leadership of all Account Management Services, acting as the primary point of contact for the client’s leadership team as well as an integrated team member. All Account Management Services will be coordinated, managed and tracked through the Account Director who will have full responsibility pursuant to the terms of the client.

Responsibilities

Account ManagementServes as the leader for overall account operationsOversee account management activities and direct reportsActively engage Subject matter expertise to bring best practices to our clientOperate in a fast paced, evolving environment while maintaining a high level of professionalismProvide day-to-day leadership to the account staffEstablish a strong partnership with the clientPresent written recommendations to clients including economic justifications, financial reports, and monthly summary reporting in line with contractual requirementsStrategic LeadershipDevelop and gain approval on strategic plans, occupancy strategies and identified cost efficiencies opportunitiesEnsure compliance with company policy and proceduresAssure account profitability in line with corporate forecast and standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate management, or related field. Master’s level education is preferred7 – 10 years of successful leadership experience in corporate services or corporate real estate including global oversight for facilities, transactions, projects services and strategic planning and occupancy management. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively facilitate communications at all leadership levels5 years of experience in a cross functional environmentPossess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsLead a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionalsStrong Real Estate financial analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts requiredHighly proficient with MS Office SuiteExtensive knowledge and experience in resource allocation and implementation conceptsMust have both breadth and depth of experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building managementMust have strong management and leadership skills and experience with human resource and performance management processesExcellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills requiredExcellent written and oral communications skills requiredCFM, FMA industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications a plusExperience with critical system environments is preferred

Physical Requirements

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00
