We work globally, creating strategies and digital materials for many global brands and businesses. **Responsibilities** + Managing complex international projects in web content, digital, video, print, POSM, eCommerce production content factory operations.  + Setup of new Client, defining the operating model, process, briefing and communication workflow   + Roll-out of new global Clients across each local market involved.  + Building and maintaining good relationships with the Client.  + Managing a team of employees (direct and dotted line).  + Controlling and taking responsibility of the quality and efficiency of the teams’ work.  + Being a brand standards guardian, making sure work and feedback implemented by a team is in line with brand’s standards.  + Preparing and presenting the offers in accordance with the agreed standards.  + Being responsible for the financial results of the team   + Mapping possibilities for business development & acquisition of new budgets   + Preparing forecasts, project schedules, plan resources   + Delivering on budget executions, monitoring projects’ profitability.  + Reporting the results of work to the supervisor.  **Qualifications** + Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Director or several years as an Account Supervisor in an advertising agency or in the marketing department on the Client’s side.  + Fluent business English spoken and written is a must   + Experience in working with an international Client.  + Proficiency in conducting integrated communication strategies in the field of Digital/Production.  + Ability to manage working time, budgets and the development of a team of several employees.  + Ability to easily establish contact and build long-term relationships with Clients.  + Ability to work in a rapidly changing international environment.  + Very good and efficient time management and planning skills.  + Self-starter, fast-learner & can-do spirit.  + Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).   **Additional information** We offer the following: + Opportunity to develop in a stable company with an established position in the market. + Extensive range of online training courses in cooperation with reputable market partners. + Opportunity to participate in international and local development projects and programmes. + International working environment. + Attractive package of non-wage benefits (medical care, the Nais benefit platform, recreation allowance, access to a platform for learning foreign languages, access to the Marcel international training platform, etc.). + High working flexibility (we work in a hybrid model, with predominance of home office). + Work Your World – opportunity to work from any place in the world for 6 weeks a year and access to the Home Swap Home internal platform. + Friendly and casual working atmosphere in a close-knit team filled with positive energy. _At Publicis Groupe, we value diversity and invite all candidates to apply, regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or lack thereof, origin or disability._
