Strategic Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the energy and utilities sectorAct as a trusted advisor, understanding client business challenges and aligning our solutions to meet their needsDevelop and execute account plans to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth2. Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and target prospectsLeverage industry networks, market intelligence, and insights to uncover untapped potentialDevelop tailored value propositions and lead consultative sales engagementsYou are willing to make  business trips within western region of Germany 3. Sales Execution Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and qualification to proposal development and contract negotiationCollaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, product, and delivery, to ensure seamless execution and alignment with customer expectationsConsistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs4. Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership Stay informed about global energy and utilities market trends, emerging challenges, and regulatory changesRepresent Grid Software at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as a subject matter expertProvide feedback to product and marketing teams to influence solution development and positioningYou are willing to make occasional business trips within Germany 5. You excel in 

EducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldExperience & Skills7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management, with a focus on the energy and utilities sector.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targetsStrong understanding of the energy and utilities industry, including its challenges, technologies, and key playersExceptional relationship-building and negotiation skillsAbility to manage complex sales cycles and navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making processesExperience working in a global sales environment, with exposure to multiple geographic marketsFamiliarity with software solutions for SCADA, software for distribution and industrial planning, electrical network analysis and management technologiesYou are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate. We look forward to getting to know you!
